The glass fiber packing is then subjected to the graphite coating process. Graphite coating reduces friction loss.

Glass fiber packing is widely used in static seal applications. It has thermal insulation and fire prevention properties in systems such as containers, heaters, manhole covers and pipes. It is a suitable material for neutral environments in terms of water, steam, air, oil and similar chemical properties.
