HEAT INSULATION BOARD
The insulation system reduces heat transfer through a building's envelope. Extruded polystyrene sheets have closed cells with common sides and are produced by fully automatic extrusion process in accordance with international specifications and standards. Extruded polystyrene has a high resistance to water absorption. The manufacturing process, combined with the distinctive qualities of the static-component thermoplastic material, provides predictable performance and high insulation value.
Roof Insulation
Roof Insulation is often known as the inverted roof concept or upside down roof, it insulates both the waterproofing membrane and the flooring against extreme thermal stress.
Wall Insulation
Interior Wall Insulation: It is used where insulation of existing buildings is required in buildings with special exterior cladding and intermittent air-conditioning. The inner lining (fixing to the wall) can be used with adhesives or mechanical attachments.
Exterior Insulation – It is the most effective way to insulate buildings without interrupting the building elements. It can be fixed to the back of granite or GRC panels with adhesive or mechanical joints.
Floor Insulation
Decking is especially important in hot weather when the soil temperature is very high. Good floor insulation helps reduce heat flow from the floor to air-conditioned buildings. Extruded Polystyrene sheets are efficient due to their high compressive strength, high resistance to water absorption, moisture penetration and low thermal conductivity.
